I forget. The length of chapter 3 depends on the path. The path splits after the battle with Ma Chao and Sima Yi joins you.

*snicker* Make sure you double check and have "Turd Jade" changed back to Evil Jade. Most of the items have the proper name except for a few of them. It would be weird if people sees Turd Jade wondering what hell you’re talking about.

When I came up with turd jade, I was out of ideas and couldn’t think of anything. So I called it turd jade to show how useless it is.
At least that issue’s been cleared up.
Terranigma Freak, do you have any different strategies on certain battles? I noticed you mostly just pointed out errors or omissions in my guide.
I probably do have different strategies, but I have to remember the stages to come up with them. Actually, I really didn’t pay much attention to the strategies you post in your walkthru since I was going for mistakes instead. I’ll probably give you a few more strategies tomorrow and also include other info.
I did include 3 different strategies for Dian Wei (which I’ll refine some more later), and the strategy on how to beat Li Ru in the Dong Zhou Prusiuit chapter in this thread.
Yeah, you did include those, and I’ll try them out on my next run-through (on the Blue path).
Sorry if my info’s not very in-depth, but I think people tend to do best by taking general tips and figuring out the specifics in their own way. Makes it easier for them to remember.
Revised Character Growth Explaination!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A character’s growth rates dependson their class base rank and their profile. It’s not just their profile that decides their growth. It’s actually an average of their class based growth along with their profile that decides their growth rates, not just the profile.
1. If someone’s class has S rank in stat, but someone’s profile is below 90, then their growth is only A rank. For example, Cao Ren’s class has S rank base strength, but Cao Ren’s profile gives him only 88 strength, then that means his strength growth is only A rank. But if you give him a strength bean to boost it by 2 point (each bean boost 2 points), then it’ll be 90, and his strength growth becomes S rank.
2. If the class based stats are A rank, but the profile is only good enough for B rank, all you have to do is boost the profile stat to 70 or above to make it A rank again. If it’s B to down to C, then a profile of 50 or above will return it to B rank growth.
3. If the class based stats are S rank, but the profile stats are lower than 50, then the growth rate becomes a B rank.
4. Only B rank and C rank can boost growth rates, if it’s A rank or S rank, it cannot go up any further. For example, when your class based stat is B and you want to raise it to A, you need a 90 or more in order to boost it to A rank. You need 70 or more point to go from C to B rank.
Note to Lord Yuan Shu!!!!! when you copy and paste this info, make sure you don’t accidently paste over the rank info I originally posted. By that, I mean the info that tells you 90 = S and stuff like that. That stuff still applies to the game, but this new information also reveals why Dian Wei’s 100 strength profile gives him less strength than Xu Chu and Xiahou Dun. I’ll go ahead and revise the character information later.
I’ve just edited the special weapons and items section. I’ve re-translated some of the names that I didn’t understand. The "Evil Jade" is now "Dark Warrior" Jade. I also re-did many of the descriptions making them clearer and easier to understand. I fixed some minor spelling errors too, but there might still be more. I’d definitely update the items section if I were you.

He’s good, been spending his time working on http://foodang.com , which has been doing pretty well with traffic. I’m going to start writing reviews or copy / pasting some of my walkthroughs over there to get some traffic over here, helping both. Submitting articles over there already puts them in fark, digg, reddit, and other traffic generating article-plenty sites. I don’t know how much of a demand there is for any of these games but i can kind of guess based on what brings the most traffic (Suikoden V in particular, but the DoaE’s actually get a lot themselves). If anyone else wants to release their work (or provide new content), no matter how long or the topic, we can link back to here and send it out to tons of article sites like fark, digg, reddit and possibly bring even more traffic.
