ParticipantJust remembered, I forgot to take the second Chi Tu Ma this time. I usually go back at about the Wu campaign to pick up tht second one, but oh well.

ParticipantI used Yuan Shao up to the point when I got Liu Ye, I believe, just favored Ji Ling and Han Yin over Shao. I think Lu Bu was immune to An Sha, thankfully, though Ji Ling was always beheaded in EVERY SINGLE WEI BATTLE that involved a tactician of some sort. -.-
Always underestimate Sima Yi's Bei Ji… if you wish to die. :P It's indeed very difficult to win with an An Sha strategist in this.

ParticipantUnfortunately, I got so frustrated with the final battle that I decided to try the Unlimited Tactic Point cheat… Uh, it only took away every single point that I had, leaving me with 0 and no Ce Mian/An Sha…
So I had to restart, cheat my way up to Sima Yi in a few minutes, and re-did the battle NORMALLY. I did manage to beat it eventually, but I must say, the game was definitely more challenging than the original. Had a great time playing it. Love how we have Huo Hu and Lu Bu.

ParticipantI ordered DW5: Empires, and it's on it's way here from Ohio, US. Very excited for the first play. Is it possible to Load Original for Empires? Or is that only XL?
Link
ParticipantHahaha, KOEI never witnessed the amazingness of Huo Hu. Guess that's why it doesn't receive as much spotlight as DoaE here. ;) Which means a lotttttttttttttttttttttt.

ParticipantI think it has a variety of officers to choose from, Empires, though a lot of them would share the same moveset. I've decided to get Empires, since I've tried both DW5 and XL (own the first, just tasted the latter). Doesn't seem too expensive either, $29.99 at Amazon.ca and way cheaper at EBay.ca.

ParticipantPS3 should be Sima Yi. :P

ParticipantI used to be all Destiny of an Emperor for the past three years or something… -_-

ParticipantLet me see…
I'm all of a sudden a huge fan of FPS games. In my opinion, Wii lacks the better variety of those games, and PS3 and the 360 have the more comfortable controls, graphics, and such.
Honestly, 360 > PS3 for a lot of the FPS games, but my parents won't pay XBox Live. So yeah… PS3.
The only Nintendo game I wanted to play was Twilight Princess, for the time being. I got that on Gamecube, so…

ParticipantI'll take a look at Valkyria Chronicles.
I have tried Uncharted… 1, I think. It was cool, though the third-person-shooter view was a bit hard. I could try that again.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is on PS3, but it's so expensive that I don't think those graphics are really worth it.
And I just remembered… I'm still 13.

ParticipantI'm not a huge fan of that blood/gore theme that God of War has, but FF13 looks like a pretty cool game. Thanks. Any other suggestions?

ParticipantAbout the load original option on DW5 XL…
I'm planning to get DW5 XL soon, and I was wondering: How many times can you do the load original thing? Once, or any time you want?

ParticipantI finally got the Shadow Harness, and after two hours of frustration and screaming, acheived all the orbs, completing my item collection. I also figured that Gan Ning was an easy-to-use officer, as long as you can aim his Musou attack well (two attacks should finish off anyone on Hard, if you freeze them). The same attack can also help him get away from Lu Bu when down on health. :D

ParticipantNo, unlike the Special games, Hyper is just the PC version of DW4, nothing else. The only difference in the game is that instead of X or triangle, it says esc or enter, etc.
