I don’t know if that’s actually true, it sounds kinda suspect. "Behind a shop"; what shop? Plus the list of stuff that has to be true for it to appear.
However, there are more than one Zodiac Spears. I think there is a random chest in the Inner Henne Mines (the optional part) that has a 1/10000 drop rate for the spear, somewhere around there. I’ve only ever gotten the one from the Necrohol.
I am disappointed that a two-character challenge is underway and no one has suggested a team of Song Yong and Song Ren. :(
What about two officers in DoaE2?
Wasn’t it Fire/Fira/Firaga in the Japanese versions of the games? I mean FI-RA and FI-RA-GA look like phonetic Japanese to me.
I was always partial to Fire 1/2/3, though.

The thing with Nanami is that, I think you have to pick an option instead of letting the timer run out (which takes half a second or so). As long as the scene with Huan ends with Huan asking Shu for a private talk, you’ll know you did it right.
You can’t get Nanami back in your party, though.
I think that’s because Sima Yi was up against someone who was really good like Zhuge, while Jia Xu mostly fought his intellectual inferiors. Certainly he may have been the smartest, but it’s hard to know for sure since he had fewer battles.
Niahak, you’ve seen D’s stuff so you probably already know this, but someone made an NES version of Chrono Trigger. You could probably find the rom if you wanted, but I heard it’s pretty tough to play…
Well like I’ve said before, I think once the AI gets more abilities to play with it doesn’t know the best way to use them. The AI is better about stuff at lower levels, it seems.
The Mediator class has the skill Invite, which works like Charm but it’s permanent. After the battle you get the option of letting the enemy unit join you. Obviously it doesn’t work on bosses (not even on those generics with special portraits, like the guy at Gariland).
Maybe the PSP translation fits better with the Victorian English like Vagrant Story and FF12 use, but the PSX version had some great lines too… and I’m not a fan of the name changes.
