Come now — using any of the ones you suggest are completely off; just replace one of the uglier ones (such as Cai Yong or Lei Bo) with it — if you want, I'm more than willing to add it in myself.

Background lightning almost always works well for a villain. I wanted the kind of face that goes far beyond "I kick puppies" — and I think it turned out well!
I opened it up in Paint and unleashed my ideas. Time froze.
After an unknown amount of time, I finished with the pic you see before you, and clocks promptly resumed.
