I do not have a screenie, sorry. I took it, then shut the computer down, thinking I already pasted and saved it…guess I didn’t.
Anyway, I promise this week I’ll put a screen with my party’s look so far.

They see me throwin' fireballs out of my sword, they runnin'.I picked this up again, and am doing quite well. Bei Ji has been a lifesaver for Ma Chao and Zhao Yun. I’m at the 3rd gate to Jian Ye, about to fight Sun Huan, Xu Sheng, and Lu Ji.
EDIT: Beat Sun Huan, will now battle at Jian Ye, and after beating Taishi Ci, I will use up the 2nd of my 3 recruits on Taishi Ci, leaving one left for me to potentially recruit either Xiahou Yuan or Cao Zhang in Wei…though Lu Sun (Xun) looks VERY appealing. I may blow off Taishi Ci and recruit him instead, put Pang Tong in the reserves, and let Lu Sun led me through Wei.
EDIT #2: Defeated Sun Quan, will post screenie tomorrow.

How the heck could you beat him there? You would have to level up for months, and even then, you would be facing him with the Three Brothers. That?s a tall order?
How? By experimenting with a few game genie codes that are my trick to levelling up extremely quickly. I used that code to run through the game to test the Zheng Letter general theory, and now I’m gonna give the code I found here.

The ULTIMATE code!! Here’s a list of what it does…
You get MEGA experience and gold after battle! I used
this code with a new game, and after my first battle,
I received 2374 exp, and $128,757 gold! (The game may
pause for about 10 seconds after battle because it is
trying to add up all of your exp and gold). I also
had several level-ups, and learned 28 tactics after just
one battle! Another thing this code does is it lets you
get LOTS of money back when you buy things in shops. I
bought a sword for $100 and my gold increased from
$114,109 to $139,872.

A note on this code: Turn it off IMMEDIATELY when you win the battle, when it shows how much experience you got if you want to proceed normally. If you don’t, you’ll end up with an insane amount of soldiers…in the 6 figures. I’d put up a screenie to prove it, but I’m too tired right now. Maybe tomorrow afternoon if I get a chance.

At least my party is Lu Bu x4 + Zhang Lu now :P

Though I’d prefer only 4 and Zhuge Liang so that I can use tactics somewhat competently :P
Would have been cool to get Sun Quan and Cao Cao. What stats do you think they woulda’ given Sun Quan? Maybe this?

They see me throwin' fireballs out of my sword, they runnin'.Don’t worry lordyuanshu, my head’s spinning too. How could I get Pang Tong well before I’m supposed to? Sadly, all I can do is list’em how I get’em. This is best experimented with by using one save state. Save it before you use the Zheng, and if the person you got isn’t what you wanted, load the save state and don’t use it :P
On a light note, wouldn’t it be fun to have 6 Yang Huai’s and Zhuge Liang in your party? It’d make for an interesting few battles to say the least ;)
Out of all the generals you can use the Zheng Letter to get, here are my top 5 most useful (not counting Tiger Generals)
1. Lu Bu (3800, 255/50) – COMBAT GOD!
2. Yang Huai (5200, 175/105) – You get a lot of him, but he’s useful as fodder for other armies :)
3. Zhou Yu (1550, 185/240) – Need a good general to use tactics with? Zhou Yu is here!
4. Lu Meng (1400, 180/225) – See above.
5. Bao Long (2900, 125/90) – Meh. At least he’s better than Jin Xuan :P
