ParticipantIs there a way to PM people on this forum? This would be particularly helpful. By the way, ladies, I am actually up to the second battle with Cao Pi now. Good God, this is beyond beyond! The amount of luck needed to pull this off, and even to reach each battle, and, prior to Gui Huan, to survive the journey back to an inn and save spot following minor battles, because you WILL need to go back to heal up and save before major boss battles… I have taken screenshots of the beginning of each battle, so you can all see the party I used for all fights, as well as how much HP everyone had to work with. I am just not sure how to upload photos on here. Anyway, someone please contact me, possibly Lord Yuan Shu. And James, I definitely want to speak to you!

ParticipantYes, I am using all found items except for any power pills I come across. If I didn’t, then I don’t think it would even be possible to complete the game lol.

ParticipantMay someone please delete this post, along with the previous one? I tried posting on my Galaxy S4 and wasn’t able to space or edit as I wanted, and am now unable to edit or delete the post. I would like to repost later with more info. Thanks.

ParticipantThanks, guys. I played through a few of thr hacks in the early days, when it seemed that just about all of us were getting in on the fun. The editing tools were a lot more basic, and thus, so were the hacks. I had been meaning to play James’ 2.0 hack for a long time, after some initial beta testing. I believe he was the first to really push thr hackint envelope, and largely without any tools from Niahak. Now a few others seem to have gotten involved in such grandiose hacks, so I will be curious to check those out one day, too. Hhhjjjj Next on my list after this challenge is to complete the alternate officers challenge.

ParticipantDidn't I have a post here? This place is now riddled with spam. BTW Hey LYS, nice to see you again too. I had started making videos at one point where I beat various Mega Man series bosses with just the buster, taking no damage.

ParticipantLord, check this out.

This Youtuber does no-hit runs of each level in all the classic style Mega Man games (not the X series, but another Youtuber does those). This includes the boss fights. Watching his runs has really helped my game, and I think it might help you get through your trouble spots. Although I enjoyed it very much as a youngster, and I still play it from time to time, 1 is actually my least favorite in the series due to certain aggravating points. As a side note, I felt as though the newer Mega Man games try to recreate that old timey frustration. However, a great number of people seem to love those newer ones. Good luck, and happy gaming.

ParticipantI'm back too. Heya, buddy. This new layout was strange to me at first, but now it's starting to grow on me like a fungus. And fungi grow gracefully enough. :)

ParticipantYo Lord Man, I'm playing through FF3 NES now. Let me know if you'd like any specific screenshots for the site. I use Virtuanes, with no graphical filters, so the look is clean and bright, and seems to be pretty authentic.

ParticipantExcellent. I am in love with the Silent Hill graphical style. I've played the first two games in the series, I and can safely say that the artwork practically makes the games. Especially Silent Hill 2, since it's such a big, boring scare-tease. Not to say both games aren't good fun, but nah' mean??

ParticipantThat would explain why I can't read your, can't read your, no I can't read y-your poker face. I preferred these strong tactics in DOAE2, because they were balanced better. What I mean is that these few tactics were not completely tantamount to success in a battle; there was a lot more to consider in major fights.

ParticipantYeah it's around 15 bonessssssssssss. That's some BONER, eh? Cute play on words? I really like the artwork of the game, judging from the screenshots. The style really lends itself to the Baroque period (hmmm, about 1600-1750?), coupled with a hint of anime flair. Thankfully, this flair is nowhere near being at the Tetsuya Nomura level, where one wants to clock the guy for his extremely femmy and nauseatingly trendy characters. I know graphics aren't everything, but aesthetic beauty in a game sure can be inviting.

ParticipantLOL WiWi. Yeah, nothing would dissuade me from buying this game. I guess I'm that big of a fanboy. Also, I really care about what happens to the heroes and anti-heroes (much love, Golbez) of FF4. Yo, Cecil and Rosa made a baby for the new game. NSFW, m i rite?

ParticipantFF4 for this guy. That means I'm super stoked to download and play that newfangled FF4: the After Chronicles. It recently came out for WiiWare, although I think it gets released in chapters. Hopefully that doesn't equate to a hefty price for the combined game.

ParticipantI see Baroque for Wii all the time in my local GAYstop, and am afraid to try it because it got slammed in an IGN review, I think. Anyone want to reassure me that it's a good time?

ParticipantI've been lame too. But that doesn't take away from the French Canadian brilliance that is Perhong Angtong's vids. I never know what he's going to do next. Mad ups to the Lord for introducing me to this. Oh, and Perhong — I saw your party vids. You hang around some pretty swanky babes. Two sausage links up to you!
