ModeratorLooks to me as if one of the variables is the wrong type. It's as if the game tried to learn tactics at level Zhang Fei when it was expecting a number, and obviously that doesn't work well.
….why yes, as a not-too-good programmer, RMVX gave me a LOT of type mismatches…

ModeratorThen go through the party's characters one at each time and display them as needed. This only goes on when you level up, so why not reward the player by showing lots of awesome "learned new tactic" messages out?

ModeratorI really don't think we need a sixth stat. You can if you want to (especially since my programming isn't nearly good enough to produce one with only five stats XD), but I disagree. Having five stats is still two more than we used to have!

ModeratorRemember, the stats are affecting the entire army, and not whether Xu Chu is secretly The Hulk.
Personally, I think five stats are enough; only one that may be missing is Pol[itics], but that's only useful if we add in a whole strategy sim to doae.
EDIT: As for skills being tied to multiple stats, that should be put off until someone tests this and checks whether any stats seem to be One Stat to Rule Them All or a Dump Stat. Ditto for Healing/Life/Raise, which we can assign to a less-important stat if needed.

ModeratorIt's probably best to sort by stat so we can see if any stats are getting hosed. There's also the question of whether we should *have* vit or not; remember, these stats are for the guy's entire block of 100-40,000 troops, not for just one officer. Anyway, here are my recommendations:

Buff tactics (Fu Bing, etc.)
Post-battle capture
An Sha success

Attacking damage
Duel results

Fire tactics damage
Water tactics damage

…as for post-battle capture/recruit, my suggestions is that LDR determines the odds of capturing them in the first place and CHA determines whether they join you, demand a bribe, or refuse.

Maybe it was unfixed and refixed; in any case, he's noi longer getting struck dead for trivial reasons, which is good.

ModeratorIIRC Zhao Yun has been recorded as using both sword and spear (even if it';s just in the novel); add in that these guys are presumably gifted at using multiple weapons, and I'll go with #3.
In fact, http://threekingdoms.com/041.htm has Zhao Yun using both spear and sword, and since doae is based (at least somewhat) on the novel…

ModeratorWith the new text, the bars look flat and boring. Therefore, I recommend using the bars I incldued in my mockup. Even if you don't like the layout, the bars look better with more colors.

ModeratorYou could just limit signups to one of the two places; have the site's signups redirect them here, or vice-versa.
Also if you require signups to be accepted by you and manually accept everyone except obvious spambots (b2s43i4f6s and such) it'd stop 90% of the spambots right away.
